We are delighted to present to you our proposals for a high quality residential development comprising of 71 number 1 bed, 2 bed and studio apartments with associated car and cycle parking and other amenities, located on the site bounded by Highcross Street, Great Central Street and All Saints Open in the Waterside area of the City of Leicester.
The information presented on this website seeks to explain the principles of scale, massing and design of the development, which have been carefully considered in context to the wider site and surrounding area, based on local and national planning and urban design guidance. Our proposed development site is also located within Leicester Waterside, for which the City has prepared a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), and All Saints’ Conservation Area, which the proposed design has also been considered.
It is understood that the location of our development is part of an urban transformation, so the information presented considers the proposal site in its current context but also in the context of future development of surrounding sites and infrastructure.
